Diet of the proteins. Diets.
We present you "the diet of proteins", based on these essential nutrients for the body, the large number of regulatory and metabolic functions they perform. During the first 15 days of the regime, it will be quite strict, and you will have to incorporate lots of mineral water. You must then declining the number of proteins and incorporate fruits and vegetables in a progressive manner. It is not recommended to follow the diet of protein for more than 30 days, and before starting this or another plan, it is best that you consult with your doctor.
If you decide to follow this diet, we recommend combining it with the practice of some physical exercise. Hiking, are excellent. Exercise will help you to not lose muscle mass and you'll have more success in the reduction of those extra pounds more.
This is the proposed weekly menu
MONDAY:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with skim milk, 1 portion of dietary gelatine with 2 tablespoons of skimming white cheese.
Mid-morning: 1 cup of coffee with skim milk, 1 Dietetic yogurt
Lunch: 1 cup of dietary broth, 1 portion of tail of rump (lean cut) with 1 tomato seasoned with olive oil and salt, 1 portion of dietary gelatin with half fruit.
Snack: 1 coffee or 1 Dietetic soup without vegetables, 1 portion of dietary gelatine with 2 tablespoons of skimming white cheese.
Average afternoon: 1 tea with or without skim milk, 1 clear of egg stuffed with white cheese flavored with onions and other vegetables.
Dinner: 1 cup of dietary broth, 1 Steak of pork with 1 tomato, 1 glass of gelatin with half fruit diet.
TUESDAY:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with or without skim milk, 1 gelatin mixed with yogurt diet.
Half tomorrow: 1 tea with skimmed milk, 1 beaten yogurt diet.
Lunch: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 can of tuna to the natural of 80 grams with 1 tomato, 1 glass of gelatin with half fruit diet.
Snack: Mate and mate cocido, 1 portion of cheese diet.
Average afternoon: 1 yogurt, 1 infusion (mate, coffee, tea)
Dinner: 1 bowl of diet, 2 ribs of pork, 1 tomato broth.
WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with milk, 1 cup of gelatine.
Half tomorrow: infusion (mate, coffee and tea), 1 yoghurt drinking diet.
Lunch: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 fillet of Pollock with tomatoes (can be prepared with aluminum foil in the oven with tomatoes inside), 1 yogurt and fruit media.
Snack: Tea, 1 portion of gelatin diet with 2 tablespoons of white cheese.
Average afternoon: 1 yogurt, soup diet without vegetable, 50 grams of skimming fresh cheese.
Dinner: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 narrow bife, 1 tomato with olive oil and salt.
THURSDAY:
Breakfast: 1 cup of tea with skimmed milk, 1 drinkable yogurt
Half tomorrow: 1 portion of jelly with yoghurt.
Lunch: 1 cup of broth diet, 1 portion of chicken without skin, 1 tomato with olive oil and salt, 1 portion of gelatin with half fruit diet.
Snack: 1 portion of gelatin diet prepared with 2 botecitos of yogurt instead of cold water.
Average afternoon: 2 tablespoons of ricotta soup without vegetables, 1 yogurt diet, diet
Dinner: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 Burger homemade chicken, meat or fish seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs, 1 tomato, gelatin diet or diet yogurt.
FRIDAY:
Breakfast: Mate cocido, 1 glass of gelatin diet.
Mid-morning: 1 yoghurt
Lunch: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 bife of rump, 1 tomato with salt and oil
Snack: 1 portion of fresh cheese of 80 grams, coffee with milk
Average afternoon: 1 clear of egg stuffed with white cheese flavored with pickles and onions scallions.
Dinner: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 can of tuna to the natural, 1 tomato with olive oil and salt.
SATURDAY:
Breakfast: 1 cup of mate cooked with skim milk, 1 cup of jelly with yoghurt.
Half tomorrow: infusion, 1 yogurt diet.
Lunch: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 narrow bife, 1 tomato, 1 portion of gelatin with half fruit diet.
Snack: Tea, 1 portion of gelatin diet with yoghurt skimming.
Average afternoon: tea, broth diet without vegetable, 50 g cheese, 1 yogurt.
Dinner: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 cup shrimp with garlic and lemon. Dessert: 1 yogurt beaten diet, 1 glass of gelatine.
SUNDAY:
Breakfast: 1 cup of tea with milk, 1 drinkable yogurt diet.
Half tomorrow: 1 glass of jelly with yoghurt
Lunch: 1 bowl of diet, 1 Steak of pork loin, 1 tomato broth.
Snack: 1 portion of gelatin diet with skimming cheese.
Average afternoon: 1 clear of egg stuffed with seasoned white cheese, infusion.
Dinner: 1 bowl of broth diet, 1 hake fillet prepared with aluminum foil in the oven to include tomatoes, cut in cubes, herbs and salt.
