Obesity linked to vitamin D deficiency

There is a close relationship between obesity and deficiency in vitamin D. This fact has been revealed as estudioa made mostly in children between 8 and 18 years of age.

According to the results of the studies carried out by the "American Weight Loss Institute", a very high percentage of cases of people with low levels of vitamin D, are obese or overweight.

Vitamin D is assimilated by the body more than everything through the sunlight received by the skin. There are also supplements that can help to raise the levels of this vitamin.
