Pilates Day big

This year Pilates Day has broken a new record, more than a thousand people registered that, despite the rain, on Saturday 7 may held the day of Pilates in the 2 Pavilion of Ifema; an event which every year gathering greater importance among the lovers of the sport.Rain or bad weather were able to prevent the success of the fifth edition of the Pilates Day, organized by the Pilates Foundation with the collaboration of Bio3, among others. Many activities, entertainment, competitions, news, and also gifts, were the great attraction of this year.The major novelty was, without doubt, the possibility of testing equipment to practice Pilates. Fifteen Pilates Wellness and Energy monitors taught for more than two hours, to attendees how to do exercises on the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair (Chair).By the Pilates Foundation intervened Manuel Rodríguez Casanueva, President of the same, and the Saints Antonio Mendoza, Mariano Aisa and Paulina Savall. The day ended with a master class of the Technical Director of the school of Pilates Wellness and Energy, Mabel Cabrera, which was followed with authentic devotion by all those attending the event.


The result of the exhibitions of Pilates were two hours of intense activity and plenty of exercise, even seemed that participants had practiced before, given the enormous successful coordination between the nearly thousand participants.
