Mayonnaise: Mayonnaise consumption can increase the levels of fat in the body greatly. Mayonnaise is based on ingredients such as egg, oil and other fats whites. This food whereas the sum of energy intake of all ingredients, contains more fat than most other foods mentioned in this list. It is quite surprising that the majority of the people even considered the mayonnaise as a food with high fat content, would be enough to read with attention the nutritional information on the packaging of mayonnaise.
Fried food: Foods such as fried potatoes are high in fat. The basic ingredient that is used in the preparation of French fries are the same potatoes as well that they are the responsible for the content of fat increase first. In addition, these fatty to be freídos foods are impregnated with oil, making them in the food less suitable if we talk about combating or rather promote the reduction of body fat. There are many other fried foods which would have equal contraindication in this regard.
Soups "cream"; most of them contains high amount of fat so it must be careful because there is a general perception that soups are healthy, nutritious food: what are..., but consider the caloric intake. Again I recommend reading the information from the packaging.
Packaged soft drinks and sodas; soda drinks (in some countries called simply gasesosas) contain high amount of sugar and are therefore responsible for direct of much of the increase in levels of fat in the body of those who consume them.
