When we started with a program of exercise, either to lose weight or for any other reason, we are ready to start a new phase in our life that met with success, will impact positively on our lives.
It is very important to be informed and know about some factors that can decrease our motivation to continue and even damage our health (while practiced the exercise).

Mistake # 1 - impatience
The lack of patience is without doubt one of the main people's mistakes when starting an exercise program and want to lose weight. It is logical that we want to eliminate those pounds as soon as possible, so everyone seeking a method that makes them lose weight from night to morning.
Best thing is to adopt a more focused thinking in the long term. This does not mean that we are going to lose weight in 8 months or a year, results can be achieved in a few weeks. It is important to be aware that the real change in our physical and our way of life is not immediate and we need to be patient to get it.
Mistake # 2. Too high expectations
Not to be confused with expectations motivation. When we are motivated, we believe in ourselves, we do things and have a great attitude to the situation that faces. When we have too many expectations, we believe that the results will be magnificent and that we keep weight successfully without having done something towards it.
If you just choose any exercise program, do not think that the work is already done. You've just made a decision, is missing the most important thing, to implement that programme.
It is normal to have high expectations, but be careful because they can be also great disappointments that prevent you to proceed and lose weight through exercise.
Error # 3. Too much physical effort
This in most happens when we start. If you don't know your limiting physical and entrenas with all your effort and exceed your limits, you will end up very tired, exhausted and up with muscle injury or any type.
The best is to go with calm, comply with the routine and not exceed believing that doing more exercise you will lose more weight. Little by little, comforme go to evolve your physical abilities will be able to increase the level of intensity of exercise.
Error # 4. Ignorance
Especially if you will do weights. Knowing each year of your plan is very important. With "know" I mean you know how it's done. If they are to weights, then must go arms, that movement must be, to what height, etc. If it is a cardiovascular exercise machine, how long, what intensity, what movement and also how to use the machine.
So you avoid injuries and incidents which nobody wants.
Error # 5. Choose a dull program
If you choose a program of exercise or boring routine, and that not motivates you much of anything it will help you to try. It is best that you choose a routine and a series of exercises that you want to do to see the fact sheet of the routine you think "already want start!", you can see it as something that you want to do and that you enjoy rather than a burden on your day when you want to end as soon as possible.
