How to find motivation to lose weight

Do you remember the first time that you uniste to a gym? A great sentiment no doubt know that finally have taken the first step to live a healthier life and lose weight. Such decisions we drive much, however, the euphoria passes, is very common that start to making excuses for not doing exercise and not be on a diet.

Normally, the subscriptions of the gym are sold as bread in January, once all have eaten much in the holiday season. But in March and April, people leave to go to exercise, even before. It is a fact that 98% of people fail to meet its purposes of the new year as much as they want to achieve this.


It is possible that you passed something similar, you sign up to a gym or you start a diet, everything is going very well at the beginning but spend the weeks and the initial motivation will dwindle and the extra pounds you accumulate even more.


To avoid this, we need to find motivation to move forward. With a great motivation, it is inevitable that we will achieve our goals and lose weight in much less time and with success.


Here I present some ideas for always be motivated and have better results:


1. Is anyone else.  Search among your friends or relatives to someone who also wants to lose weight and have goals similar to yours. Subscribed to the same gym and met with his routine. It is much easier to comply with when someone else is with you always because you feel so that you can not fail to another person. Imagine that your friend (a) fails to attend the gym with you. Your you download weight and bperform with your goal, and he will feel guilty for having failed. In the same way if your leave to go.


Always having a partner helps a lot to meet more and more quick goals.


2. Meet people in the gym. Or if you're not going to a gym and take classes in yoga, spinning, or any other sport, meet people with which practical exercise. So also you make friends and enjoy much more than if you were only (a).


3. Talk to an expert or coach. In addition to sharing the progress with a friend, it is very good to have a coach expert in the subject that you motivate and help you meet your goals. You can ask for any routine that matches your needs and then, as you go forward, the will suggesting you other things to improve and boost your maximum fat burning.


4. Monitors and measures your progress. There is a very famous phrase that says "what is measured is ends up doing", which means that if you monitoreas and measure your progress every day, you will end up going down much faster weight and successfully. Take the time write a food diary, note well what exercises you do each day and writes very well your goals and objectives.  Know where you are and where you always gives you much more motivation.


5. Awards are possible. If you love chocolates but by your diet does not you can eat them as you like, you can eat them after turning your diet and your Office successfully. For example, if Monday to Saturday you eaten well and did exercise every day, on Sunday you can buy that chocolate that you both enjoy.


You can also go to a Spa or give you a relaxing massage after 1 month of be fulfilling your exercise and diet. Such details behind much.


As you can see, there are many ways to motivate us to keep down weight, exercising and eating properly. Be creative (to), anything can serve to boost your strength of will and have success down weight.
