With society I refer to the families, enterprises, the marketing, stores, providers of food, supermarkets, etc. If we look closely, in almost all places that sell food announced much more the "scrap", fatty foods, and all kinds of food quick. It is a fact that there are many more fast food restaurants and that it is not anything nutritious restaurants and vegetarian stores with food to help lose weight and health in general.
Why is this happening? For obvious reasons. All stores of food and restaurants looking to earn money above all else, why is a business. And what is it that more money gives them or what they are selling more? Well, of course! the fast food. Hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas, ice creams, food processed, frozen and with many chemical and conservative. The food most sold is what most makes us gain weight and increase the levels of fat in your body.
Then, it is not that the society wants to see us fat, rather, we are those who want all the food that hurts us, leads us to overweight and health problems.As we saw in another article, humans always seek immediate pleasure and satisfaction. We are not willing to wait, everything want you in this very moment, of preference without making any effort. It is not that we decide to be, rather, are thus biologically "designed". Based on this, always look for foods that give us immediate satisfaction, which have a great taste and we can enjoy them much while we eat them. All these foods are those that prevent us from losing weight (junk food).
To lose weight quickly and successfully, you must be aware that although we look always for pleasure in the short term with food scrap, must approach us in the long term towards eliminating all those pounds extra. We can never lose weight if we fail to look beyond our needs in the short term.Weight loss is not something that you take a few days and already we can have this great figure, rather, is a continuous process where the positive results are shown in the long term.
By long-term I mean I am referring to a few weeks to begin to see results and a few months to lose weight successfully, depending on your situation. It does not mean that you you will take you many years to do so. With focus, motivation and a good plan can be achieved in a short time.
