Diet Express

1 cup tea
1 portion of gelatin diet with fruitslunch
1 cup of homemade broth of vegetable light
1 medium-sized portion of fish in the oven
1 medium-sized portion of broccoli and tomato salad
1 fresh fruitsnack
1 cup of tea
1 toasted slice of bread spread with jam light afternoon
1 yogurt skimming with 1 tbsp.. seed of flaxdinner
1 portion of steamed vegetables
1 medium-sized portion of grated beetroot and carrot salad
1 cup fruit salad

It is important along with Express diet physical exercise at least three times a week. You must carry out physical exercise every day and drink two liters of water daily.
